Palihouse Downtown

DTLA Rising's Brigham Yen, who broke the news last year, brought us an exciting update this weekend on the boutique hotel planned for the corner of Pico and Flower.  According to Yen, the original 122 SRO units will be converted by developer Paligroup into a chic 90 room hotel, and rechristened the Palihouse.  If all goes well, the hotel will open sometime next year.
