Hilton Coming to South Park?

Brigham Yen brings us some exciting news regarding that empty lot on Olympic and Grand.  According to DTLA Rising, the property is currently in escrow, and the purchaser is rumored to be none other than Hilton, the world's fourth largest hotelier.  If speculation is confirmed, this acquisition would mark Hilton's third downtown venture.
