Renaissance Hotel to Be Built Across from LA Live

Yesterday, Anschutz Entertainment Group announced that it is selling the property located on the north east corner of Olympic and Georgia to William/Dame and Associates.  According to the Los Angeles Downtown News, the developer plans to build a spacious 450 room Renaissance hotel on the site.  It is anticipated that the hotel will open in 2016.
