K2LA
Curbed brings us word on the groundbreaking for the second phase of Century West Partner's impressive K2LA apartment project in Korea Town, just off of Wilshire on San Borendo. Grading and engineering is slated to begin on September 1st, and, once completed (sometime in 2015), the project will feature 478 luxury rental units.
