Rates a' Rising

Over the weekend, the Times reported on the (ever so slight) rise in mortgage rates, which have climbed over an average of half a percentage point since last fall.  Some economists project that rates could increase as much as another full percentage point before the end of the year.  if ever there was a time to buy, it is now.
